Karats Jewelers in Overland Park, Kansas exemplifies the character we are honored to work with. In 2013, owner Akshay "Andy" Anand received our prestigious "Outstanding Service Award" for his distinguished performance in the industry.

Like Vanna K's family, Andy comes from a long line of distinguished jewelers. He is the sixth generation from a family whose reputation has been recognized around the world. His history is steep in tradition and experience which built the strong foundation that he accredits for his high level of success. Having learned directly from some of the best in the diamond industry, Andy continues the tradition of prioritizing the highest standards of quality and customer service. 

Our relationship with Andy and Karats Jewelers began briskly in the Summer of 2009. A customer walked into the store and requested a specific Vanna K diamond ring with extra customization. Within 24 hours, we approved Karats' status as an exclusive authorized dealer for Vanna K. It was an easy decision on our part and one that began a treasured relationship that has flourished throughout the last several years.

From that first phone call, it was obvious Andy would move mountains to provide the best customer service to those who walk through Karats' door. It's a characteristic that is shared by his entire staff. They realize the importance of taking care of each customer as if they are the only customer they have, tending to their unique jewelry needs. Every customer that enters the store is warmly greeted and then carefully listened to, as they explain their jewelry needs. Ensuring customer satisfaction is the hallmark of what sets Karats apart.
